4. 2、 Troubleshooting of High Frequency Fuse

1. Check the welding time on the control panel. This is the time to control the product welding. Generally, it is divided into two time systems: 0-10S and 0-30S. If the time is too short, it is easy to cause the product welding to be insecure. The product can be separated once pulled and cannot be welded. Generally, this time is adjusted to 3S-8S. The product is slowly increased from short to long according to the product shape and material thickness.

2. Check whether the pressure can meet the welding effect of the product. If the pressure is too small, the welding strength of the product is likely to be low and the appearance is not beautiful. If the pressure is too small, adjust the pressure regulating valve, pull the regulating switch up and turn it to the right to increase, and turn it to the left to decrease. If the pressure of the equipment is too small, the welding strength of the product is likely to be low and the appearance is not beautiful. If the pressure is too small, adjust the pressure regulating valve, pull the regulating switch up and turn it to the right to increase, The left rotation is decreasing. The service life may also be affected by insufficient air supply and overload of components.

3. Find out whether the electronic tube, the core component of the electronic tube on the high cycle fuse machine, works normally. Before starting, first check whether the electronic tube is on. 4. First check whether the material contains 30% PVC, PET, PETG, TPU, PU and other materials.
