1. Press the switch button of the chassis, the switch pin will automatically open and open the door of the chassis, and the compressed air pipe will be introduced from the small hole at the rear of the chassis, and then inserted into the inlet port of the air pressure regulating valve in the chassis.
2. Close the cabinet door, open the air supply switch to input compressed air, and the press plate of the machine will rise automatically. Rotate the knob of the air pressure regulating valve to adjust the air pressure to the appropriate pressure according to the size of the package, the thickness of the plastic molding sheet and the actual packaging situation. The higher the air pressure is, the faster the pressing plate is pressed and the greater the pressure is. The pressure is usually adjusted to 5-8 kg/cm2.
3. Insert the machine wire plug into the 220 V AC power socket, open the machine circuit system, and connect the machine circuit.
4. Adjust the knob of the thermostat, set the required temperature value, turn on the heating switch, and preheat the pressing plate to the set temperature value.
5. Set the heating time according to the product needs, generally 36~5s.
6. Put the bakelite mold on the turntable, and put on the plastic collection cover and paper card.
7. Turn the rotary table to align the mold with the lower part of the pressing plate. After the heating time, the pressing plate will automatically press down and rise to complete the packaging.
8. Take out the materials to check the effect. After repeated adjustment and pressure test to meet the packaging requirements, the product can be put into formal packaging production.
