Commissioning procedure flow of blister packaging machine:

4. Place the bakelite mold (according to the packaging equipment by the user) on the platform, and connect the wires on the bakelite mold with the bakelite mold terminal in the middle of the machine mold.

5. Turn the rotation of the temperature controller to the required temperature.

6. Adjust the heating time to the required time. Observe whether the automatic pressure of the pressing plate is normal. If there is no abnormality, place the blister and cardboard on the bakelite mold and start the trial packaging.

7. Turn on the heating key, turn on the heating time circuit, adjust the heating time, set the time button, and select the appropriate bakelite mold heater according to the actual packaging situation.

8. Start working when the temperature reaches the specified value. The heating current conversion system is used to adjust the size of the bakelite model heater and the energizing current. The user can select the appropriate heating current gear according to the actual packaging situation.

Packaging and welding effect of blister packaging machine:
