2. Close the chassis door, open the air source switch, input compressed air, and automatically close the machine pressing plate. According to the size of the package, the thickness of the plastic molding plate and the actual packaging, rotate the air pressure regulating valve to manually save the air pressure to the appropriate pressure. The greater the pressure, the faster the pressure of the pressing plate, and the greater the pressure, which is generally more suitable for adjustment to the bomb box.
3. Insert the wire plug of the blister packaging machine into the 220V AC power socket, open the general circuit system of the machine, and connect the circuit of the whole machine.
4. Place the bakelite mold (according to the packaging equipment by the user) on the platform, and connect the wires on the bakelite mold with the bakelite mold terminal in the middle of the machine mold.
5. Turn the rotation of the temperature controller to the required temperature.
6. Adjust the heating time to the required time. Observe whether the automatic pressure of the pressing plate is normal. If there is no abnormality, place the blister and cardboard on the bakelite mold and start the trial packaging.
7. Turn on the heating key, turn on the heating time circuit, adjust the heating time, set the time button, and select the appropriate bakelite mold heater according to the actual packaging situation.
8. Start working when the temperature reaches the specified value. The heating current conversion system is used to adjust the size of the bakelite model heater and the energizing current. The user can select the appropriate heating current gear according to the actual packaging situation.

Packaging and welding effect of blister packaging machine:
The qualified methods to determine the packaging welding effect of the blister packaging machine are: after welding, tear off the blister sheet and the toothbrush back card by hand, the damaged interface occurs in the paper fiber layer, and more than 90% of the paper fibers are attached within the welding area of the blister sheet; The defective length of continuous welding shall not exceed 1cm.
