1、 Mold structure of high cycle fuse:

Pressure spring; The number of springs and the bearing pressure depend on the pressurized tonnage of the mold and equipment.
Stainless steel gasket; Select a stainless steel plate with a thickness of about 1-2mm. The stainless steel needs to be punched with a pressure spring mounting hole.
Aluminum plate base; The thickness of aluminum plate requires that a spring be placed in the settlement hole of more than 25 mm, and the depth of each deep hole should be consistent.
Laser cutting; The blank holder shall be bent to the corresponding shape according to the blank holder die shape, and holes shall be drilled at the laser knife side.
Aluminum frame; Fix the laser cutter on the inner side of the aluminum frame, which needs to be fixed on the base.
2、 Installation method. There are mainly two types:
Fix the mold of the high frequency fuse on the upper pressing plate of the high frequency fuse with screws. Another way is to place the mold directly on the automatic sliding table and fix it with a strip.
3、 Maintenance method of high cycle fuse:
If the high cycle fuse does not have a good spark protection system, the probability of striking and burning the mold of the high cycle fuse will increase significantly, mainly including the damage of the blank holder mold and the damage of the laser knife mold. There are two solutions:
The damaged blank holder die can be repaired by copper welding and then processed and polished. If the laser knife die is damaged, replace it with a new one directly.
