1. The power switch must be turned off when installing the mold, and the temperature must be completely cooled
2. First install the upper mold, and the lower mold is padded with the upper mold to lock the hexagonal socket screws.
3. When installing the lower mold, install and fix the screws on both sides in parallel with the upper mold.
4. Press the mold on the pedal several times to confirm that it is installed in place.
Adjustment mold operation of high frequency plastic welding machine:
1. First place the wire on both sides and the middle into the mold to align with the round hole, place PVC on the surface, press the pedal with the right foot, push the pedal to the bottom, and then step on the high cycle switch with the left foot for welding.
2. Check whether the welding status of the left and right sides of the welding sample is within the specifications of the specification.
3. If the pressure on both sides is uneven, adjust the upper horizontal screw or adjust the lower mold pad paper.
4. Paste high-temperature adhesive tape after the mold is adjusted to be parallel.
5. After the mold adjustment is OK, confirm whether the wire welding width and PVC tensile strength are within the specifications of the specification book. After confirmation, make relevant records and start the operation.
